The fees, charges and expenses set out in this document are payable by our borrowers if any of the events or circumstances described (within the document) occur in connection with their agreement with us. These charges will be added to the amount that is owed and will attract interest at the facility rate. This interest can be avoided by paying the fees when Atelier notifies the borrower of the costs incurred. Note that in some instances, adding additional fees to the facility may also lead to an event of default.
